Kapil has an extensive background in Strategy & Management for over 14 years. As Client Director, Kapil is responsible in ensuring client requirements are met with great satisfaction and resonate with our core values. Furthermore, continuously validating to ensure the latest industry standards are being adhered to.
Dean Thomas
Operations Director
Dean has over 25 years’ in the security industry in a number of fields such as Key Holding, Door Supervision, Static Guarding and Mobile Patrol. As Operations Director, Dean has the responsibility in ensuring that our daily operations are continuously regulated without compromising the service.
Nimesh Mepani
Business Manager
Nimesh has over 8 years of experience in business management ensuring sales & administration activities are effectively completed. In addition, Nimesh also assists with RADE’s Screening & Vetting services.
Vasudev Panchani
Finance Manager
Vasudev has over 5 years in the finance industry, ensuring financial reports, forecasts and budgets are closely aligned. In additional, Vasudev also assists with RADE’s Screening & Vetting services.
Jordan Thomas
Screening Officer & Administrator
Jordan has over 2 years in the security industry and is responsible for RADE’s Screening & Vetting, alongside general team administrative activities.
